About Our Venues

Lovers Key, Unlike any other Venue, we are located in one of the most beautiful state parks in flodirda on Two and a half miles of beautiful white sandy beach. The Parks unspoiled, natural beauty has drawn families for many years. Instead of sharing your beach wedding with the general public, we can actually offer you a truly intimate setting with only you and your wedding guests! The venue becomes Private After Sunset! Another reason we are unlike other venues is that we do not have a ballroom with tables and chairs continuously set! With the Clients perfect day in mind, our Team custom designs each event to make sure every detail is addressed so yours will be an occasion to remember. All equipment is set up the morning of and broke down upon completion of the event. We offer many different Event Packages, each one custom designed to your taste. All Event Packages include basic set up as described in Package details, however you may add additional items as needed to make your day extra special. Rental items /options are listed on the Equipment pages as an additional cost above Package Rate.

South Beach/Gazebo: #1 on Map

For the larger, more elaborate celebrations, we recommend South Beach. Several options are offered, Use the Gazebo, enjoy a Beachside ceremony or a combination of the two. Your guest will travel on the Park's private Tram service to this secluded beach location. Once there, your guests will have full access to the amenities along with your wedding celebration. A picturesque location for your large or small dream wedding.

Mid Beach: #2 on Map

Mid Beach is a scheduled location for ceremony only. Located just 1000 feet from parking area #1, there is no need for Tram service and your guests get to enjoy our beautiful surroundings as they stroll along the Boardwalk to the wedding destination. This location is ideal for a magnificent wedding ceremony. With no consessions, facilities or shelters, Mid Beach promises a quite location for your special day.

Welcome and Discovery center: #3 on Map

Our new Welcome/Discovery center opened in 2021, offering an indoor option that may be paired with one of our “ceremony only” locations, or enjoy both ceremony and cocktail hour in this beautiful location. This is a great option for turtle season as it is away from the Beach and will enable you to stay later into the evening. This also is a wonderful inclement weather back up location.

North Beach : #4 on Map

North Beach is located on Big Carlos Pass at the north entrance of Lovers Key Island, the perfect location for an intimate wedding ceremony only. Located just footsteps away from the parking area, your guests will enjoy the beautiful surroundings as they stroll to the wedding destination on the beautiful Beach. With no concessions, facilities or shelters, this is a very private setting for your special day.

Event Package #1 (1.5 hours of Service)

Ceremony only - Location: Mid or North Beach Only

Includes Two Pole Bamboo Arch: Reserved Beach Site: Labor to set up & Break Down NRM Rentals: Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal (one day prior to the event).

Location: South Beach

Unlimited email communication with our on site Venue Coordinator. Golf Cart ride to sunset photo sites and transport the Bride to the ceremony site. Coordination of all deliveries and vendors on the event day. Labor to rope off, set up, break down all rental items through NRM. Contracted reservation for your beach location and Gazebo with 8 picnic tables.
Includes after hour Tram rental from 4:45pm to 7:45 PM

Package ends at 8:00 PM, you may add additional hours with approval* (*Fee required)

Included Rentals: Gazebo lights, Gazebo drapes, Hooded lights along Gazebo walkway, Two(2) six ft. Banquet tables w/poly linen. Two pole Bamboo Arch with white linen

Per Person Rental Rates

Picnic Tables (8) are included with the Gazebo Rental. The price below is for Park entry and ceremony chair only.
Picnic tables to be utilized for dining during Event Package #3, #2 or #1.

$7.75 - White padded folding chair and entrance fee into the Park

$8.75 - Mahogany Brown folding chair and entrance fee into the Park

Chair, Entrance Fee and Table Pricing

With this option, $125.00 will be charged for Picnic table removal from Gazebo: ceremony chair will be moved to table to either round or banquet with solid poly colored linen for dining. This is for Event Package either #2 or #3.

$14.75– White Padded Folding Chair: Moving of Chair From Ceremony to Dinner table at Reception (the client is responsible for moving the chair) : and Entrance Fee into the Park.

$15.75– Mahogany Wood Padded Folding Chair: Moving of Chair From Ceremony to Dinner table at Reception (the client is responsible for moving the chair) : and Entrance Fee into the Park.

Welcome center Max Capacity for sit down dinner is 60 people to have space for dancing

$14.75– White Padded Folding Chair: (ceremony chair included in the package) reception chair with round or banquet table and solid colored linen. Also includes entry fee into the park.

$15.75– Mahogany Wood Padded Folding Chair: (white ceremony chair included in package) reception chair with round or banquet table and solid colored linen. Also includes entry fee into the park.

Six 6ft classroom style tables are included with the WDC classroom rental these are to stay in the classroom along with 40 black and blue chairs, chair covers can be rented if you go with this option.

Turtle Packages

Sea Turtle Nesting Season Occurs May 1st to October 31st.

Turtle nesting season runs from May 1st thru October 31st on our South West Florida Beaches. During that timeframe, the Park observes a “lights out” mandate of 9:00 p.m. This means that all activity on the beach (including clean up) must be completed by 9:00 p.m. All events must end by 8:30 p.m. and clean up must begin. We offer Turtle Packages at each one of our Beach locations. One option is to enjoy your ceremony on the beach, then move to the Discovery center for Cocktails and/or Reception. If you are searching for a venue during these dates, please make an appointment today to discuss with our Venue Coordinator the different packages and options available to you here in Paradise for your special day.

Six 6ft classroom style tables are included with the WDC classroom rental these are to stay in the classroom along with 40 black and blue chairs, chair covers can be rented if you go with this option.
